My recent experience with them regarding a transmission replacement on my 2023 Chevy Suburban was exceptional. From the initial consultation to the completion of the repair, Diehl Automotive demonstrated professionalism, competence, and outstanding customer service. They maintained excellent communication throughout the process, keeping me informed of the progress and any necessary updates. I especially appreciated their provision of a loaner vehicle while my repairs were being completed, which greatly minimized any disruption to my daily routine.
