My recent experience with them regarding a transmission replacement on my 2023 Chevy Suburban was exceptional. From the initial consultation to the completion of the repair, Diehl Automotive demonstrated professionalism, competence, and outstanding customer service. They maintained excellent communication throughout the process, keeping me informed of the progress and any necessary updates. I especially appreciated their provision of a loaner vehicle while my repairs were being completed, which greatly minimized any disruption to my daily routine. The quality of the work performed was top-notch. My transmission was replaced efficiently and effectively, and my vehicle is now running perfectly. I truly cannot say enough good things about the service I received. This positive experience stands in stark contrast to my previous interactions with Preston Motors in New Castle, PA. I attempted to resolve this issue with Preston Motors' service department, since they were the ones who performed a recommended flush on my transmission (at the time, I had no issues with it). Unfortunately, rather than addressing my concerns, the general manager, Mr. Elliot, made me feel as though I was at fault. This further solidified my decision to move forward with Diehl Automotive completing the repair. They went above and beyond diagnosing the issue, handling warranty concerns, and, in my opinion, fixing Preston Motors' mistake. They will be receiving all of my future business, as well as the business of my family and friends.
